Hacker wanna-bees that Whooked up

For a site that talks about anything and everything about hacking and disruption of the internet, this site by the name of Whooked and archived here, if you cannot reach the content, has allot to be desired. Several months ago we sent a friendly message to them about a possible user spamming in their name and asked if they could check it out. Their response has been nothing but hatred and propaganda about us. Their forum posting on their site have been filled with libel and slander. We have on numerous times to ask that they refrain from posting such untrue content, but they continue to do so. So now we have but no choice to post this message in rebuttal and warn them if such content is not withdrawn from all of their sites, we will start formal criminal proceedings against the domain owners and hosting provider. At this point we are now asking that this site be taken down. If said whooked.com site is not taken down, court action will be taken at a time of our choosing. This has been an official public notice to the owners of WHOOKED.COM

To the crew of Whooked.com

We know that you may have been shocked by our message to you initially, however, what was said after the fact from that first day. Now its been almost six months and hopefully we can resolve this now. There were some concerns about your true nature and we honestly do not know if your site represents any hackers or not. What we seen before you closed and made a portion of the site private with passwords, would have alerted most authorities eventually and they would want to make inquiries to your dealings.

After talking to the site admin of Whooked we have come to an agreement to stop hostilities and delete mutual posting on each others site. So this posting will disappear in a few days automatically. If however the otherside, Whooked, does not reciprocate the same, then our originale legal action will commence.

"And No! We are not out of our league, trust me."

Thank you for taking the time to bring this issue to my attention. I have read though your blog post on the hack and have now addressed the issue.

From what hass been reported, Whooked has removed quite a bit of links and illegal content.. They have even privatized an area just for such discussions. What they talk about in that area, I really don't care. I'm just happy so far they've started to comply, but have not met all concerns as of yet. As for apologizing for calling them spammers, we never did call them a spammer.

We understand all to well about the possibilities of someone posting in someone else's name. Doo doo happens, but to make a special thread on their site to complain about us sending them a message and then to further this by hostile remarks. It was uncalled for, callus, malicious, and recluse. This is why we finally resorted to making our own posting here after repeated attempts for them to remove the thread filled with libel and slanderous remarks about us.

The only thing we will ever apologize for is the fact that the rest of the internet community had to see this go on for as long as it has Sure we would have wanted a better resolution, but if they are not willing to concede that they were in the wrong in the first place and remove such content from all sources, then we see no alternatives available to us If someone wants to chime in with an alternative solution, other than what we want, and it can be feasible to both parties, we are willing to listen.
